Tamarind & Turmeric Juice For Weight Loss

I personally prefer to write about this enormous Tamarind mix diet friendly Juice because many of us have very little knowledge of Tamarind & Turmeric drink. In this post I will be discussing about ingredients to make a healthy juice at home for a healthier and bit faster way to lose your weight over the time.

This is completely a self experience that worked with me and my family members who tried this weight loss juice. This article includes all details and dedicated for serious guys who are looking to loose weight without much effort while improving the regular health condition naturally.

Health Benefits of Ingredients:

1. Tamarind – (Sweet or Sour) The polyphenols in tamarind have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These can protect against diseases such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Although study results on calcium and weight loss are mixed, it’s clear that calcium supports strong bones and teeth and supports healthy metabolic function. Chia seeds also contain zero cholesterol. Required Ingredients:

1. Tamarind (2 big Pcs or 4 small Pcs).

2. Turmeric & Cumin powder (50:50) ΒΌ Tbs.

3. Natural Raw Honey 1Β½ Tbs.

4. Lemon 1 Pcs.

5. Ginger ΒΌ Tbs.

6. Chia Seeds 1 Tbs.

7. OPTIONAL – Mint Leaves.

Preparation of the Juice:

1. Boil the Water to Little Warmer condition for Two Glasses. Do not over heat and add these ingredients, since it will have no impact or spoil the blend and it’s benefits.

2. Prepare the Tamarind & Lemon by removing the seeds, or blend it as a liquid form.

3. Now, make sure the water is in medium heat (If over heat, let it cool down).

4. Add Chia Seeds, Ginger, Turmeric powder, Lemon & Tamarind.

5. Lastly add the Pure Honey and mix blend very well by hand.
(Note: Never add honey in hot water, since it may loose it benefits or quality).

6. OPTIONAL – Add reasonable Mint leaves if you need some energetic flavour.

7. Keep the drink for 20 minutes till everything settles down and mixes well, then stir well and start drinking by straining those seeds and particles.

Remember:
β€’ Drink One glass early in the morning by empty stomach and Another glass before bed.
β€’ Make it bit warmer before drinking because warm water can stimulate to burn belly fat faster.
β€’ Never try this drink this by medium cool or chilled since it will not work as expected.
β€’ Never add Sugar except Coconut Palm Sugar if needed only.
β€’ Following a simple excercise like jogging by Drinking this juice warm before excercise would be the best way to loose weight even faster than as it should be.

EXTRA Effort – Drink the Juice you prepared in the Morning and pour the balance Juice in a Copper Jar and drink it before bed; will be more effective and extremely healthy.
